App updates

Send us a note if you want updates about Convoy availability, launches, or new features.

Location is not updating

• Check iOS Settings and allow Convoy to use location.
• Make sure Low Power Mode or Focus settings are not limiting background activity.
• Open Convoy and confirm sharing is on.
• Check that you are not inside a Safe Zone that hides exact location.

Friends and convoys

If an invite, group code, friend request, or convoy does not work, send us the handle or group code involved and roughly when it happened. Do not send sensitive personal information unless we ask for it.

Privacy controls

You can pause sharing, leave a convoy, remove a friend, or change iOS permissions at any time. Safe Zones hide exact location around places you save.

Use the instructions on the account and data deletion page to request deletion.
